#PoaDay is an annual Field Day event hosted by members of the turfgrass weed science team at the University of Tennessee. The event was recorded and is available on-demand. The University of Tennessee team addressed the emerging problem of herbicide resistance evolving in turfgrass weeds. They also provided education about the different herbicidal modes of action available for annual bluegrass control. The event focuses on annual bluegrass control considering that there are more cases of herbicide resistance in annual bluegrass than any other weed species in managed turfgrass systems.
