The annual meeting required by SFMA’s bylaws will go virtual this year. The content of the meeting will be limited to a welcome, short Financial review, farewell to those board members going off the Board and an introduction of the 2021 Board including its new president, Nick McKenna, CSFM. Because there may be new unplanned business that comes before the Board, a Proxy is being offered to those unable to join the annual meeting.
