2 New Webinars – en Espanol – Added to SFMA.org

Dr. Kyley Dickson, University of Tennessee, presented on behalf of SFMA in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2019; the sessions were presented in English and on-site translation to Spanish was immediate.

One presentation is on soil physical properties highlighting the differences between native soil and sand root zones and how rain events impact the conditions of the field and play of the game. The second presentation covers general turfgrass management in the transition zone. This content explains a broad range of practices from how to manage overseeded fields to traditional cultural techniques.

These presentations are appropriate for all levels of field managers. In addition to these webinars, SFMA has many resources in Spanish.
