STMA Sales and Marketing Manager

STMA is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager. Primary duties include sponsorship sales and fulfillment for association programs; website content management; and developing promotional materials and email marketing campaigns. This mid-level position is the liaison to the Commercial Advisory Council and will assist with the Awards program. This position will also work closely with our public relations firm, providing member contacts, reviewing press releases and articles and helping to direct strategy.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or comparable field; have a solid knowledge of Microsoft office products including PowerPoint; have managed email software and social media platforms, and be familiar with website management. Association management experience a plus. Experience with WordPress a plus. Seeking someone with 3 – 5 years of experience who is committed to a culture of customer service and a team environment. Strong project management skills and detail orientation a must.
